Built In Reports are pre created reports that your team will create that can serve as a template or jumping off point for end users using Report Builder.

Permissions

You can specify permissions on built in reports to allow access to some or all of your customers. This can be specified at the customer level or the group tag level. Read more about group tags here. You can configure this by clicking on the triple dot menu by the built in report name on the left side.

Configuring a Built In Report

Built in reports have all the same functionality as new reports. You can configure filters and sorts, add groupings and aggregations, and create multiple views and visualizations all within one report.

Built In Report Usage

End users that have access to built in reports will not be able to make direct edits to the built in report itself, but they will be able to make edits and then save their edits as a copy of the original report.
